Early Childcare Compliance
Kafor Law Firm, PLLC, offers a unique Early Care and Education Retainer Program which offers discounted hourly rates to Early Child Care Education Programs for legal services.
Our Early Childcare Education Retainer Program offers support and guidance on the day to day operating issues, and representation when legal issues arise. Our Reduced Hourly Rates are only for clients enrolled in our Retainer Program prior to having any major legal issue which requires representation.
Kafor Law Firm, PLLC, is currently accepting a limited number of new Early Childcare Education Retainer clients on a first come first served basis. To qualify under this program, your Agency must complete a Retainer Agreement and pay the Advisory Retainer Fee. The Advisory Retainer Fees may carry over from year to year until it is exhausted. Clients will receive a statement detailing the amount of retainer used and retainer balance for any month in which they use the services of the firm.

ADVISORY & COMPLIANCE SERVICES
We provide consulting services to Early Child Care Program. We advise our clients on government and public affairs policies by interpreting new and old regulations and laws; keeping management informed; and recommending strategies on managing staff. We associate with reputable licensed professionals in providing top-notch service to our clients.
Our unique Retainer Program provides discounted hourly rate to our client for legal services. Our goal is to educate our clients so they avoid the stress and expenses associated with litigation. We consult with our clients to offer a variety of services ranging from advisory services, representation in litigation and/or crisis / brand management.
Scope of Our Services
Our Advisory Services varies based on the need of our client. Our services ranges from conflict resolution, preparation for licensing hearing, unemployment compensation claim review, personnel policy review, amendment and training, trainings on avoiding lawsuits, advise and training on document retention plan, advise and training on inspection checklist, training on proper documentation, advising on business law, periodic review for compliance, training on American Disability Act, and training on Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. We work closely with highly skilled licensed professionals with over 20 years of problem solving and administrative experience to provide training and consultation services for a variety of issues including staffing, administrative issues, budgeting, director and owner training. Our goal is to help your clients reach their potential.
While our goal is to provide advisory services that will minimize our clients’ exposure to litigation, we are prepared to represent our clients in Equal Employment Opportunity Commission claims, Unemployment Compensation hearings, licensing hearings, wrongful termination lawsuits and private law suits against our clients.

Warren Buffet said “It takes 20 years to build a reputation and five minutes to lose it.” Our crisis management practice focuses on keeping our clients out of the news with reputation damaging issues or minimizing the impact of negative coverage on our clients’ brand. We apply intuitive knowledge and a strategic approach to planning and responding to potentially damaging issues on our client’s brand and reputation.
We offer Reduced Hourly Rate only for clients enrolled in our Advisory Services Retainer Program prior to having any major legal or media issue which require representation. Representation under the litigation or crisis management services will be based on a conflict of interest check, separate contract agreement and agreement to engage additional counsel, if necessary.
